My tips for buying souvenirs you'll actually like once you get back home.

Souvenir shopping is admittedly a fun part of any trip… but souvenir remorse can be real. I’m sharing some of the ways I souvenir shop when I travel: I always follow these simple practices and still love my purchases once I get them home.

Stay true to your style. Your memento doesn’t have to be emblazoned with the name of the place you visited. Look for beautiful arts and crafts that match your aesthetic. For example a hand made mortar and pestle reminds me of my trip to Mexico every time I use it, but it also fits right into my kitchen collection.
